Before cellular phones, pagers, mp3's, satellite dishes or TiVo, when the only things that were digital in your home were the numbers on your clock radio, you bought your music on vinyl and listened to it on a turntable. There was something special about cruisin' down to the record store and bringing home a new album from your favorite band. The cover art was big and the sound was even bigger. You'd set the speed to 33lp, put your needle down in the groove, and after a few seconds of those wonderful clicks and pops, the most incredible music would fill the room.

Fonograf is a rock n' roll cover band... a party... and a tribute to those times, those bands and those albums. They play the rock n' roll anthems that still fill the airwaves and are the soundtrack of anyone that owns a pair of faded blue jeans and a leather jacket.
